All public records of the Authority are available for review by the public in accordance with the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) Section 7920 et seq. of the Government Code.

The Authority’s public records are available for inspection and copying, including any writing containing information relating to the conduct of the Authority’s business that is prepared, owned, used, or retained by the Authority, regardless of the physical form and characteristics. Electronic records (audio, video, or data) are subject to inspection, and copies will be made by the Authority as requested with the information provided in the format retained by the Authority unless doing so could jeopardize or compromise the security or integrity of the original record or of any proprietary software in which it is maintained.
